You don't have to be an athlete to train with us, but we will train you like you are!
Our Functional Hybrid Training (FHT) Program is a 1 hour class that provides people of all ages and athletic abilities with accountability and direction in a positive high-energy environment.
FHT incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, and calisthenics.
We are here to help you reach your fitness goals – no matter how big or small they may be. Benefits of FHT at United Fitness also include injury prevention and improved posture as well as overall strength and flexibility.
All fitness levels are welcome, from experienced former athletes, to those who may need modifications for injuries, and everyone in between.

Sequences are designed with longer holds and challenging poses to build strength while calming the mind.
There is a cardio benefit of power yoga which comes from an increased heart rate.
